BLOCKERS dominated on the court to take out Mortlake volleyball’s second pennant for 2022.

BLOCKERS dominated on the court to take out Mortlake volleyball’s second pennant for 2022.

The team – comprising Kyle Rethus Chiarra Taylor, Bray Wright, Nikita Millar and Jarrod Rethus – defeated Diggers in straight sets, 3-0, to take the premiership.

Best on court in the grand final were Kyle Rethus, Olivia Campbell, Jarrod Rethus and Chairra Taylor.

The best and fairest vote count was a close one, with the end result a tie between Kyle Rethus and Deca Bradbury.

Chiarra Taylor won the women’s award while Carl Lehmann took home the Margaret Blain Most Improved trophy.
