Makin’ it a double
LAKE Elingamite Ward councillor Kate Makin was elected to serve a second consecutive term as Corangamite Shire’s mayor during a contentious meeting last week.
Hot topic: Corangamite Shire Council’s Kate Makin and Laurie Hickey were re-elected as mayor and deputy mayor respectively last week, although the meeting was not without controversy.
