Success for Mortlake bowlers
ROUND one of midweek pennant kicked off for Mortlake bowlers this week.
G Draffen def. B Sheehan 21-12, D grant def. L Johnson 19-14 and L Johnson lost to K Carlin 15-29.
Mortlake 2 Purple def. Lawn Tennis 3 Gold, 64-19.
L O’Shannessy def. J alderman 30-8 and G MacDonald def. F Ryan 34-11.
Congratulations to Jackie Grant on playing her first pennant game.

In Club Championship news, the 100 Up Championships are almost reaching their peak, with J Tanner playing Anthony Wood in the final in the mens’ on Sunday, October 26.
In the womens’ 100 Up, it’s at the semi-finals stage between W McDonald vs G Kenna and S Richie vs G MacDonald.
A grade championships are in full swing (more details next week).
